Draft for pre-launch development. These documents will be reviewed by counsel and re-published, with a new version, before CharacterStudio opens to customers.
Who may use CharacterStudio
You must be 18 or over. Accounts are personal: you are responsible for what is created under yours, and you may not share access to it.
What you create
Characters and images you create are yours to use, subject to the Content Policy and to the limits of the law where you live. You keep them in your own private workspace; there is no public gallery and no sharing feature.
What we may do
We may refuse or remove content that breaks the Content Policy, and we may suspend or close an account that does so repeatedly or seriously. We will tell you when we do, and why.
Your data
We store your account, your characters and your images so the product works. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which removes your characters, scenes and images. A record that a deletion happened is kept.
Payment
Nothing is charged today. When paid plans start, the price, what it includes and how to cancel will be shown before you are asked to pay.
No warranty, and the limits of it
The product is provided as it is. Generated images are produced by software and will sometimes be wrong, ugly or unusable; that is not a fault you can claim against.
18+ only. AI Persona X is for original fictional adult characters. Content depicting real, identifiable people or anyone under 18 is prohibited.
